When We the Owners, Ei-San, Teresa, and Suzuki, First Opened Katana's Doors in June of 1992, We Had Just Four Hibachi Tables, One Sushi Bar, and Seven Tables in the Dining Room. for Many of Our Patrons, the Idea of Having A Chef Theatrically Cook A Meal in Front of Them Was an Exhilarating Novelty and Eating Sushi, Tofu, Seaweed and Other Japanese Foods Seemed Exotic and Exciting. Since Then, We Have Built Up A Loyal Clientele, Have Expanded Twice, and Have Received Many Awards As the One of the Areas Favorite Ethnic Restaurants.
